Each participant can choose a goal that aligns with their fitness level and lifestyle. My personal aim is to hit 5,000 swings this month, and I’m excited to report that I’m well on my way!

Given my limited workout time, I’ve crafted kettlebell sessions that combine strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and plenty of swings to reach my 5K goal.
