Enhancing Comfort and Stability: A Review of WRIST Buddy® Ergonomic Yoga Blocks for Pain-Free Practice

Bruna MoreiraNovember 1, 20250154 views

Why choose WRIST BUDDY yoga blocks over the other stuff? It’s simple. Our advanced hand-shaped block is engineered to provide a better fit, more comfort and a stronger grip. Traditional rectangular blocks are flat, wide, and bulky. Your hands aren’t flat, your blocks shouldn’t be either! Wrist Buddy is a sports doctor-designed block, based on ergonomic principles. These blocks match the natural shape of your hands, which is critical for better support and comfort. Also, flat blocks bend the wrist nearly 90 degrees, a weak and vulnerable position. WRIST BUDDY blocks reduce the wrist angle for stronger weight-bearing. Plus, our design shifts weight off the wrist and onto the palm and strengthens your grip. These features provide you with enhanced comfort, support, and stability… better than you’ve ever had before. Imagine how increased comfort on your blocks could boost your practice in big ways. With WRIST BUDDY blocks, you’ll gain the foundation for that extra comfort and stability, feeling safe, calm, and secure, as you grow your practice. New Colors: teal lavender gray black
