Can this sofa recline?

Yes. Push the backrest forward, then allow it to lower to the bottommost position. Next, push it forward again. A “click” sound will be heard at each gear position (6 in total), confirming it is locked.

Is the backrest cushion cover removable and washable?

Yes, the backrest cushion covers are removable. We recommend hand washing or using a gentle machine cycle with cold water, then air drying. Do not bleach or tumble dry to preserve the corduroy texture and fit.

I just finished setting up the sofa, but it doesn’t look as fully padded as I expected. What should I do?

The sofa is shipped with compressed foam padding. Please allow approximately 48 hours after unboxing for the foam to fully expand and regain its intended shape and firmness.

I purchased the modular sofa but only received part of the shipment. Where are the remaining boxes?

This sofa is shipped in multiple boxes. Due to carrier handling, boxes may not arrive on the same day. We recommend allowing a few extra days for all packages to be delivered.
